I have a story to tell. My wife at 74 is now quite fragile. She has quite a few machines around her bed to aid in her health. We needed a new bed. Adjustable was preferred. She had an adjustable from another company that was broken and completely failed to work anymore. I had bought an adjustable for myself from the Naomi company and had it a few years so I suggested this to her so she ordered one. After she had ordered it, a couple of days later she said, my room is too crowded and I would like to change from the queen that I have to a full bed to allow more room. I said okay. I will speak to the company to see what will happen. I emailed the company and told them of my situation and they said that the order had already been shipped and was out to your state already. I told them of my situation and they said well let us see what we can do. They said the normal recourse was for me to receive the item and then ship it back to them. Now I am 4 years older than my wife and both of us are having Mobility issues. But after having spoke to the company again, they would see what they could do about turning the freight around. Believe it or not, they did just that. I may have to pay restocking fees or whatever, but the alternative would have been so much worse for me. We ordered the correct size bed and are in 7th heaven. I had my grandson put it together and he said it was no problem. This One like mine is very sturdy and I have had mine for more than 5 years and it still operates like new. I am going to wait a year to see the durability in operation of my wife's new bed but it should be the same as mine. Thank you, Naomi and we look forward to purchasing more products from you in the future.

Fit perfectly, and it provided more comfort to my existing bed. The rooms looks great. I like the control with different options and modes. Good value. Set up was easy, but due to weight, may require 2 people.

Love. Heavy but easy to assemble

It's only been a few days, but coming from sleeping in a recliner to a real bed, I have to admit that I move more in the night, but the reclining top and bottom, make a perfect bed that I can sleep in. I bought a 14" mattress, so it was really tall and have to know parkour to get on it. (kidding) The motor is very quiet and is very smooth. It was exceptionally easy to put up. I might suggest shorter legs for us shorties.

I am exceedingly disheartened by this bed framе. After a mere two uses, it failed completely, whіch ‍is thoroughly unacceptable. The poor quality is evident, as it could not even endure simplе, normal ‍use.I am extremely disappointed with this bed frame. After only two uses, it completely broke, which is completely unacceptable. The quality is clearly subpar, and it couldn’t even withstand basic use. This is by far the worst in terms of durability.To make matters worse, when I reached out to the seller for a return or exchange, the process was a complete nightmare. It was unnecessarily complicated and extremely frustrating, taking far longer than it should have. The instructions for returning the item were unclear, and I had to jump through hoops just to get a response. Customer service was no help whatsoever. They were unhelpful, and seemed uninterested in resolving my issue. At no point did I feel valued as a customer.I expected much better for the price I paid, and this experience has left me feeling frustrated and let down. It's clear that the seller doesn’t stand behind the quality of their products or care about customer satisfaction. I will not be purchasing from this seller again, and I strongly advise others to think twice before buying this product. If you're looking for something durable and reliable, this is definitely not it.I anticipated far superior quality for thе‍ price I paid, and this incident has rendered mе frustrated and disappointed. Evidently, the sеller ‍does not support the quality of their prоducts or prioritize customer contentment. I wіll not be pat‍ronizing this seller again, and І strongly recommend that others reconsider befоre purchasing this p‍roduct. If you seek somethіng durable and dependable, this is certainly nоt it.

I love this adjustable bed base. I got the queen size with a luxury hybrid mattress. My mattress was around 10 years old & time to be replaced. This base is super quiet & easy to control with a lighted wireless remote. It took a couple minutes to set it up. I've always wanted an adjustable bed to watch TV or read my Bible in. I'm happy with this purchase.
