ComfortHome 1.5 Mil Mattress Bag for Moving and Storage (Clear, Queen/King Size) - 2 Pack

I have a 130+ lb Queen Casper mattress that I needed to move twice. It would have been literally impossible to move without renting a U-Haul or hiring movers. With this bag, I was able to compress it, roll it up, and easily transport it in a compact SUV. Fair warning: the bags do rip easily, but if you handle them quickly, it shouldn’t be an issue. I recommend buying a rug bag and sliding the rolled-up mattress into it for extra protection. That will protect from easily puncturing the main bag, and if there’s any damage and you’re not going to unpack it within a day, the mattress won’t expand too far.

Definitely a bit bigger than queen size! I didn’t know it didn’t have a way to close it, but it worked out fine for us. Exactly as described. Definitely waterproof material. Thin, but works for storage.

We used this for a 6-hour move in a U-haul truck, and the bags were large enough for our mattresses. They are essentially just a very large plastic bag, but it did the trick of making sure the mattress didn't touch a lot of surfaces. The bags didn't rip or tear when loading/unloading and in transit. While this would have been easier with two people there, I was able to shimmy it on a king mattress with just one person. Definitely, this is a one-use only kind of product, but was perfect for moving.

Three stars because it’s inexpensive. Not more because it’s poor quality. It’s extremely easy to poke a finger through. There’s no way to close it except with tape, and when you take the tape off, it tears some more.
