Q: Having real difficulty setting the clock time, any guidance would be appreciated?

Dear Liam, To deactivate the alarm, please follow instructions below. Short press the alarm set up button (bell icon on the back of alarm clock) once to see the alarm time and press the button again to activate or deactivate the alarm. When activated, the alarm icon (a bell) appears on the LCD screen of the clock. If the alarm icon does not appear on the screen, the alarm is deactivated, and will not ring.
