Works good. Don’t expect to receive 7 of each flavor
They are a great option to help with motion sickness/nausea. I’ll be bringing these on a plane with me. I usually use Dramamine but hopefully this is a good replacement. I’ll update this when I get back. The only downside is I got the 21 pack with 3 flavors. I received 12 strawberry, 6 peach, and 3 pineapple. I was expecting 7 of each, but honestly it doesn’t say that anywhere so that’s my own fault. They work and taste great.

Works for nausea
These are great for nausea, whether its a chronic situation or because you ate something weird. I had chronic GERD and anxiety which can cause me to get nauseous and I use these when I started to feel sick to my stomach. I love the taste, but they do have a strong ginger taste; if that's something you don't like, I would not recommend these for you.

Effective, but hold the pineapple
These work great for heartburn. The flavors are good, don't love the pineapple though, which always seems to be the most of in the bag. It’s not bad, just not as good as the strawberry and peach. Please add more flavors, or even an all make an all-strawberry option.

A good treat for motion sickness
Bring it for my child since she has motion sickness for all transportation modes. Dramamine hasn’t worked well sadly….Put this in a pouch with a nausea smelling stick, crackers and a role of dog doo doo bags in case nothing works. These work great just as a treat while feeling sick and helps relieve nausea when we can’t get her off the transportation modes we are on. I’ve used it too! Helps but doesn’t take it away completely.

Not enough actual ginger
these are about as effective as ginger ale for nausea, in that there is only a trace amount of ginger (though ginger ale has none), and its not nearly enough to actually help with nausea. however, it tastes good and helps take my mind off of it for a bit, and since a lot of my nausea is from anxiety that is usually enough for me. for real nausea though i’d try ginger tea

These work amazing for nausea, motion sickness, upset stomach etc. they taste good as well. Bought them for after surgery since the medication made me nauseous. Worked so good! I wish they would make bags with all the same flavor. Good quality! Bought another bag in preparation for my next surgery
