Want sleep? This works!
This is a great price, better than any I’ve found in big box stores, and if you subscribe to auto delivery it’s even a better price. As for the product, it works. I know, melatonin doesn’t work for me, but this is a blend of other ingredients, and you will be out within 45 minutes.

One bottle in and this works well for a Ambien veteran
Have taken Ambien for a long, long time and sleep with CPAP. Wanted to find something easier to get a hold of because my prescription plan is a PITA to get it renewed every 90 days. This product works better than most of the other melatonin only or melatonin blend products I've tried. Taken about 30min or so before bed and I'm yawning like I've been up for 2 days. From my sleep monitor my head hits the pillow and typically I'm out in less than 10 minutes. Often wake during the night to use the restroom and right back to sleep after which never happened on Ambien. It's not perfect but it's pretty close to the results I had on Ambien and in some ways better.

Do you want to sleep like a cat?
I’ve always envied cats for their ability to sleep profoundly. This wonderful supplement has helped me achieve the ability to sleep deeply just the first night I started using it. I love and appreciate Solgar for their excellent products and this is one product I truly recommend!

Terrible
This product is terrible. If you DO NOT WANT to sleep, then this is what you need. Otherwise save your money! Have tried four times, and it keeps me awake!

Sometimes Good
I have taken other supplements with melatonin that are better at promoting a long sleep ( longer than 7 hours) but this will work in a pinch.
