This lotion seems to be helping. I am taking Celadrin supplements as well (safer than Ibuprofen).

I have used this product now for several months. This is my second bottle. I use it on my leg which I have pain and my wrist to help inflammation from carpal tunnel. I feel that it helps with the pain/ inflammation in both areas. The lotion has also relieved areas of psoriasis on both legs. I would recommend you try this lotion for inflammation as it does seem to have a positive effect.

This product did not work at all for relieving my nightly hand pain.

I use this product on arthritic knees and neck - especially after a workout. It is effective at reducing pain and inflammation. I've also had great success using it on muscle spasms for me and my family. A few times of massaging it into the spasm and the spasm releases with no further problems. Worth the price. It does have menthol and so has some smell, but not nearly as strong and overwhelming as many similar, commonly used products out there. Will purchase again
