Great Product, Even Better Customer Service!
I left a review for Hydro Cell as a seller (it's mixed in here), but I also wanted to leave a full, more detailed review on the actual product I purchased since seller feedback has a character limit. In short: If you're looking for a new, insulated, sturdy, well-made water bottle, I highly recommend Hydro Cell.I'm a Hydro Cell fan for life. Their products are great, but their customer service is top-notch! A company can have great products, but if their customer services doesn't match, forget it. Hydro Cell stands behind their products and their customer service proves it! I reached out to them after losing my 2.5 year old water bottle at an airport, and Jordan was more than happy to help. The 18 oz HYDRO CELL Stainless Steel Sport Water Bottle is the only insulated water bottle I use. It's the perfect size for the average vehicle's cupholder, and it also fits in the water bottle holder of a waist pack for walking or hiking. I can fill it up with ice and water, and it'll still be cold after hours of summertime walking or hiking, even if I'm in the sun.Last November, I reconnected with someone I hadn't seen or talked to in about 9 years. I thought it would be a quick check in (we'd both been through A LOT), but after talking daily for a little over two months, we decided we needed to get together in person, so I booked a flight and went to visit. I brought my non-insulated water bottle so I wouldn't be sad if it broke or got lost. We ended up deciding these visits needed to continue, so every few weeks, I packed my cheapo water bottle and headed to the airport. Summer is coming, and the weather has already warmed up where he lives, so I decided I needed to bring my far superior, insulated, Hydro Cell with me last time. It was great! I was able to leave it in the 95+° weather without worrying the water would get warm or I'd end up drinking some plastic.Fast forward to the end of my visit, and I'm back at the airport for a night flight back home. It's hard enough saying "see you later" to this guy after just a week every few weeks, but it gets worse. TSA PreCheck is closed. What?! Why?! I have to go through regular security, which isn't a big deal this time because the line isn't long, but I have to take my shoes and zip-up hoodie off. No?! Phew! They give TSA Pre folks a card to not have to remove their shoes or light jackets; however, I find out I have to take things out of my bag to get my electronics out (which you don't have to do with TSA PreCheck). I got through security, then to the bathroom, and then open my bag to get my water bottle to fill it. It's not there. Where is it?! Either it grew legs between me putting it into the bin at TSA or...?? Where's my water bottle?? I speed walk back to TSA, turning here and there hoping I'm going the right way (it's quite the maze). I recognize one of the TSA agents from when I came through a few minutes prior. I ask her. Nope, nothing, but she checks to make sure it didn't end up left behind before the conveyor belt. Nothing. Really?! I'm so sad. I don't like losing things, and I take care of my stuff, so I'm really bummed. The next day, I'm exhausted. I go home at midnight and only got a few hours of sleep. I'm back at work...without my favorite water bottle. I'm back to my cheapo water bottle. Sure, it's purple, and Hyrdro Cell doesn't have a true purple one, but it's cheap and not insulated. Midway through the morning, my water's already room temp. Ugh. I hop on Hydro Cell's website and decide to send a message. I'm not expecting anything back, but thought, at the very least, someone will get a chuckle at my little sob story and my runaway water bottle. To my surprise, Jordan wanted to make my day better! Jordan had a replacement water bottle sent my way without hesitation! They didn't have to do that, but it sure made my day, and I'm so happy to have a new Hydro Cell to take on my adventures.

The perfect water bottle, corded handle & silicone bottom accessories
This is the most fantastic water bottle made!! I filled mine up with icy cold water. It was still icy cold the next morning after having drank 80% of the water. I had to test that out. It likely stays cold longer, however I regularly use mine, so I had to wash it out, I have a straw brush to clean the straw. *You’ll need to buy one if you don’t have one. They send you extra straws, however no cleaner brush. I’m a bit ocd in keeping my bottle/straw clean!I bought the cord carrying handle which I found was very convenient and sturdy to carry the bottle vs putting it in a bag or awkwardly carrying it. 64 ouches is big. To attach the corded handle, you dip the ring in hot water and push over the opening of the bottle. Very easy. And I bought the silicone base as I take it to work and I didn’t want to be making metal bang noises. Or slip and crash to the floor.I just pushed the bottle into it. Super easy.Great color options, selection of sizes, retains temperature, the cap is a bit snug to put on/off, however that is needed for proper security of water to not leak. It is easy enough to remove after a couple of uses.I am immensely pleased and plan to buy my family 64 ounce bottles for their next birthdays. And I love the happy, fun neon green color! No boring color for me.

Some of the best water bottles
We've been using these bottles for years now, getting our kids a new set each school year and cycling the old ones out for camping and sports. Mine last 3-4 years before I finally upgraded simply due to age and dings. They work so well, and you honestly can't beat the price. Ice water still has ice in it 2-3 days later. They look good, are a great size for most cup holders, and come with both lid styles (and the newest batch came with extra straws, which is just awesome - sometimes they do get cracked after enough daily usage). Sure, they are metal, so they do get dinged up when you drop them, but it doesn't really affect their use. The color selections are great, always something that looks good for both adults and teens - though it matters less when they put a ton of stickers on it right away. They're also easy to clean; while too narrow to get my hand in there, any bottle brush or sponge works great, and the lid/straw is easy to clean up without too many moving parts.

Excellent product and support service
I bought this bottle in July 2024 and now that the bottom (inside) got rusted. Very disappointed compare to other brands which still working fine after many years. I like this bottle and hope it's just a defect to mine only. However, it can't be used anymore and can't return.May 29, 2025 Update:I contacted Hydro Cell and got a response from a support agent who sent me instructions to clean the bottle with baking soda, and that did the trick. The bottle is now shiny and clean as new. My apologies for posting a negative comments before attempting to contact Hydro Cell support and it's on me. Their product is excellent and the support service is outstanding. The bottom line is we'll need to follow the usage and care instructions. I'll update the rating to 5 stars.

Does it's job
I like that it's easier to clean the straw assembly since it's built in and all you have to do is use a straw cleaner to clean the plastic. There's no rubber gasket (separate piece). There's just the straw and the cover. It's insulated and keeps beverages cold. I don't like the carrying handles as much as other brands though 😕
