First off if you have any pluming knowledge then you can install this..However I do suggest to test the unit out first before final install. I found bits of milled brass chips inside, thus LED was not working prior. However a good air compressor works fine. Now LED working like it should. One last thing edges are very sharp (wear gloves). All N all this unit is satisfactory for the price.

We were very excited to hook up this shower tower, but ran into several issues. The 1. The supplied hoses are impossible not to kink. We wanted maximum water flow, so we had to upgrade to thicker hoses. Which then lead us to remove the bottom panel to be able to hook up the connections. 2. I had to go through all of the internal connections and tighten. Make sure you go through all clamps and fittings. 3. The temperature gauge and LED light literally lasted 30 seconds before turning off permanently. I took down the panel again and removed the fitting and wires to see if there's anything inside of it. I couldn't find any issues, my kids are sad they wanted that light so badly 🤣 4. The supplied handheld shower leaks so badly internally that we can't use it at all. The parts that are working are good and it's overall look is great!

Very good shower, excellent quality, the different water jets make you feel good, my favorite is the waterfall, the material is strong and of good quality, the installation was very easy and I love the hydroelectric system

Shower part is great. LED's and Temp Gauge don't work. It takes batteries for the LED and Temp to work.. Tried two sets of batteries, checked and double checked the on/off switch on the battery pack itself and the on/off switch side of the unit.. I'm guessing its the battery pack.. the only other point of failure could be the on/off switch on the side of the panel. While the LED's and Temp Panel are "Perks" and not "necessary for operation" - not having them work cost them a star.. I will screw with it at some point, but it isn't detrimental to operation. We had been out of a shower for 3 days and I just completed the installation without them working.. we all needed showers ASAP :D The panel itself wasn't difficult to install at all. It hangs on two hangars you mount to the wall.. pretty easy stuff. Hook up the two water lines and you're good to go. I think the most difficult part was getting the old faucet out. Ripped the wall open, cut it all out, replaced drywall, threw a FRP Panel up, done.. It will be pretty easy to pull it off the hangars and have someone hold it (due to water lines) while I screw with the LED's at some point.. The shower itself works great and the different modes all feel great.. the wand is nice.. everything about it is nice except for the inop LED's and Temp Panel as I stated above. (In the pic below, I hadn't done the caulking yet.. we all wanted showers..)

For the first 1 1/2 year, I was very pleased with the product. Then a knob broke and found that it was plastic… then the leaking started. The warranty is no longer listed on Amazon it says to contact the seller directly. I am updating my review. After contacting the company directly, they sent me a new tower. They were responsive and I received my new product in a little over a week. I would recommend purchasing.

At first i was very happy with the shower panel when I bought it in late August of last year for my bathroom remodel. When it was installed, it was stunning to look at and wonderful to use; but here we are only 3 or 4 months out from installation and its malfunctioning. I cannot believe I have to replace it already. Its leaking from the faucets and from the seams underneath. It's really disappointing.

Had this for a little over two years, works great. Was starting to rust and the lights failed to work awhile back, so I sent the seller an email. The product has a lifetime warranty so they sent me another one. Install is easy, you may have to remove the lower support bracket if it interferes with your water supply from the wall. It's 4 rivets you can easily drill out in 30 seconds. I hung mine using the top bracket and sealed it to the wall on each side with clear "gorilla glue" silicone. Also make sure you tighten the hand sprayer connection with wrenches, as hand tight isn't going to do it, and it will leak. Easy peasy. In two years if it rusts again (this is normal, what shower lasts forever??) I'm gonna request another, but until then, I will be enjoying my shower as intended. Great product for the money. Wish they made an even fancier one. Tempted to buy two and put one on each end wall for a totally immersive experience. Update. The tiny little knob that sticks out from the 3 main control knobs broke off one of my controls. They are plastic. I emailed the seller asking for it to be replaced OR show me where I can buy one, and they said it would be $15 to send one (it's smaller than a penny and weighs even less), then ghosted me when I told them that seemed excessive. If they provide the knob (or show me where to source one) I'll change the review back to 5 stars. Not the best customer service anymore
