i love mixing this stuff into my yogurt in the mornings for breakfast or as just a flavor enhancer in baked goods! theirs a good amount for large batches of anyhting your making be it cookies or cakes, 1/4 tsp is enough for me to really taste it in my yogurt cant imagen what it he like if i used a full tsp. it is a bit pricey so i wouldn't buy it often but if you do its worth it, dosen't have a super unnatural or artificial taste either
