Q: You state the output as: 12000lm (single unit) but the operating voltage is from: 9 ~ 30v. so what is the lumens at 9v, 12v, 20v and 30v?

They have a driver inside that takes the voltage in and makes it a constant voltage out. That way the LED's are not harmed. The lumens remain the same.

Q: The ad says this fits 24v vehicles but relay shows 12v, if i order how do i get a 24v relay?

It works on 12v vehicles. You need to make sure the wiring harness meets the required amps that the lights draw.

I think these are more for like vehicles only . I think if you try to wire them to a house you could burn them
