I absolutely love this case. As soon as it was snapped in place I could relax as I had been handling my iPad like it was made of glass (which, of course, it is). Being able to sling it in a bag or dump it on the sofa without worrying about scratching or breaking is so liberating. The built-in screen protector is quite thick plastic and is attached to the case rather than the iPad. This does not impede its function at all and is much easier to install than trying to squeegee bubbles out of a cling film. That said, be VERY careful to make sure your iPad is completely clean before putting it in the case. Any tiny speck of dust will sit under the film and raise it slightly. This doesn’t affect the iPad or pencil, if used, but could scratch the screen if it’s gritty and will sit there annoying the hell out you every time you notice it. The look and feel of the case is great. Rugged looking and reassuringly robust. Built in slot for pencil is perfect. Stand takes a little force to open, but is rock solid once deployed. The stand is only of use on a surface as it’s not wide enough to support the stand on your lap. I would absolutely recommend this case to anyone who needs to get out and about or just wants to feel less precious towards their iPad around the house. I did a lot of research before choosing this case and, I’m glad to say, it couldn’t be bettered, certainly not for the price. It feels like metal and has a rubber surround which is great to hold. The on/off/fingerprint button is recessed, which makes it easy to find in the dark and the volume controls are staggered (up is raised above down), which is such a useful feature I never knew I needed, it makes me smile every time. I am absolutely delighted with this case.

This unicorn beetle case fit the new iPad Air 5th gen bun the ultra wide front camera is blocked by the small circle. Which doesn’t expose the whole thing. These cases are one of the best. I’ve had one for 6 years now and the iPad hasn’t even got a scratch from it. Really good quality. My one wasn’t painted fully as there are black spots when I’ve ordered blue. Overall, it’s a nice case that is durable, sturdy and good for children that might throw stuff.

Glass screen protector is very badly warped, very noticeable when trying to use device. provided a slot for a stylus but no external hand hold for carrying. most of the time you end up with finger prints all over the screen when just carrying it around. would rather have seen a carry handle in the stylus holders place. had to cut off the rubber tab covering the charging port, kept getting in the way. not usable with an angled charging cable, must be a straight one or it wont fit in, poor design

Does what it says on the box but in hindsight I would have preferred a solid screen cover

Excellent case. Offers great protection all around. Screen is reactive with built in screen guard. Pencil slot fits many non apple pencils too. I wish the stand was adjustable to change angle but it really is fab!
