Does a good boar sighting up to 30-50 yards. Enough to get you in the right direction.

Gets the job done
Well you won't be able to see this laser outside if you have a good area indoors such as a warehouse or an extremely long hallway it's going to save you lots of time out the field

Sloppy
The 3 button Batteries die within 5 minutes. if you tap the side of the riffle the Lazer shifts. Only good to very roughly align to hopefully get it on the paper somewhere.

TOTALLY out of SPEC
I Usually add photos. I used Mitutoyo 6"/1500 digital Calipers and some dies I have that are calibrated. Every dimension is less that spec by far. Enough so that you can wiggle the device while pressing it into the chamber with the index finger causing beam to radically shift even at 25 yds. Nice bright beam but casing is way out of spec. Shoulder, RIM, BELT ETC. Just a very loose fit. Going to just use the old fashioned method "look at target down bore" and set scope up by bore picture vs reticle. I do have a multitude of these in 308, 223, 45acp, 10mm on and on this is the first one that is way off the mark. Unusable. If I had time to waste I would do the measurements and graphically compare but they are not spec. Buy one and try it. Also I placed this device in 4 different rifles 7mm Rem Mag . A rem 700 7mm MAG, an Accuracy Int 7mm Rem Mag AWC, A Harrington and Richardson Ultra Rifle (MAUSER RECEIVER) in 7mm Rem Mag, and a Sako 7mm Rem Mag. Hope the photos serve some purpose! Accolades and Thanks to Vendor / Amazon for speedy return Refund. It is just not their fault on this manufacturing DEFECT. They should consider pulling the product off the market.

Battery contact doesn't work
I had to cut out some aluminum foil and put in on top of battery before closing battery compartment for the laser to come on. The screw in cap does not conduct electricity apparently.

Turns on intermittently and isn't centered.
The laser wouldn't consistently turn on and the laser was not centered. It changes the point of aim when you rotate it in the chamber. My scope was zeroed better before using this item than after.
