I have been in the fitness field for over 16 years and have tried every "weight loss" product out there to maintain a lean body especially after I hit 40. I've been taking this product for several months now buying it from target an I am SO excited they are finally available on Amazon!! I did not feel that this product did anything.I discontinued use after 3 weeks.I didn't dislike it I just didn't notice any change in appetite or weight.When mixed w/Rasp.Keytone and Garcinia Cambogia I felt great but gained weight so I stopped all 3.
