Nature's Path Organic Heritage Flakes® Cereal, 13.25 oz (Pack of 1), Non-GMO

If you are looking for a high fiber, low sugar cereal this is a great choice. This arrived on Mother's Day so I had cereal for breakfast. I drizzled a little honey on it and poured on some whole milk. With the honey it was perfectly sweet. I will say this is very crunchy and does take a strong jaw to chew it. It has quinoa, millet, spelt, barley, oat and wheat in it so very filling. The expiration date was all the way out to November 2025! Everything arrived in great condition and I am very happy with this cereal as it tastes delicious and is very nourishing. ~The Rebecca Review

I was happy with this cereal. It has a nice crunch and a simple, not-too-sweet flavor that works well on its own or with fruit added. I feel like something I can feel good about eating. The box is a good size and lasts a while. Overall, it’s a solid breakfast option, and I would buy it again.

My go-to option for a relatively healthy cereal. Crunchy, good flavor, fiber filled, a properly moderated dose of sugar, and a combination of multiple whole grains. It's a bit pricier than the basic cereal options, but I'd say it's worth it.

Love these flakes. Healthy ingredients, stays crunchy in milk, and delicious with raisins. My standard breakfast!

From the ingredients and the calories point of view these are good. Tastes far better than the bran flakes ones I usually have due to high fiber content, but these are good alternatives. Only thing is its tad too costly for the size and quantity you get and Sugar is also a bit high for my taste.

I really like these flakes much better than the toxic Wheaties in the store. They do not taste the same of course and I'm okay with that. They actually have a better flavor. They do not get soggy in 1 minutes. These flakes are filling and you don't get hungry in 20 minutes.You can eat them as a snack right out of the box which is good for the kids. Will keep buying is all I can say

Stays crunchy, good fiber source, and a pleasing taste. I recommend for those seeking more fiber in their diet. (A little pricey but I like that it contains all natural, organic ingredient)..

Love this cereal, was happy to find it’s sold in Australia, used to purchase in the US when I lived there. Zero sugar, every single cereal here in Oz has either stevia, or sugar.

Love it. Reorder all the time. Add Honey to make it perfectly!
