I just turned 75 and was hearing interesting things about this new product - Ashwagandha. After discussing its use with my Primary Care Manager, I wanted to experience all the benefits others had written about. Well, I'm here to say that this Ashwagandha is the real thing and has really helped me with my old-age stresses and anxieties about so many aches and pains. I do not know how Ashwagandha works, but it has helped me change my habits on sleep and daily activities. The bottom line is: "I feel better from taking one Ashwagandha daily." I highly recommend Ashwagandha for anyone who is looking to smooth out their stress, anxiety, sleep issues and overall, feelings & moods. Love this stuff, works great

I like that it is easy to take and not really any objectional taste or aftertaste or smell. I have noticed that it keeps me calmer than I am normally. I like that it is also blended with ginger root. If it was cheaper I would have given it 5 stars.

I have taken the red one forever and works for me perfectly tried the black one and it does as described but less potent than the red bottle so, I wouldn’t waste my time on the one that says extra strength just get the red regular bottle and same amount on the back .
