Q: Does it fit the new Keurig K-Elite ?

Yes, we put ours right under the Keurig K-Elite machine. Drawer is fine, however I don’t like how it looks from the sides (you can see all the pods). I have since seen other drawers (not sure if they are Keurig) that have solid sides. Just something to consider.

Q: Is the top rubber?, using for a boat dont want the machine to slide off

No it's metal, But my machine has never slid in any way, I'm 100% happy with this storage drawer.

Q: Has anyone managed to fit tea bags in this Keurig brand kcup drawer, without them falling out?

The slots are too narrow for tea bags plus the unit drawer has no bottom, just wire that is bent to hold k cups. If you are using a Keurig just to boil water for tea you might be better off with a "Hot Shot" unit- great item, I use both
