This adapter is amazing! I bought this for use with my Galaxy S10 phone as I wanted an adapter that I could use with my projector, making it more portable by using the phone as the film source instead of a laptop.I'm blown away by how well this setup works. But not just for watching films - it effectively turns your phone into an Android PC. When the phone is connected to the projector (or any HDMI device such as a TV or monitor) a Windows-style screen appears that allows you to navigate the contents of your phone using either a touchscreen on the phone or by plugging a USB mouse into the adapter and controlling it this way. You can also plug a USB keyboard into the adapter if you prefer this over the on-screen keyboard. It's as easy to use as a PC in regards to applications such as web browsing, videos and Microsoft Office. You can even do picture and video editing with Adobe Photoshop Express or Adobe Premiere. Not only this, but it's also possible to still use your phone while all this is happening on the screen!I've attached some pictures of the display, which I'm also extremely happy with (my projector is just 1080p so I haven't tested the 4K capability).I was also impressed that I could plug an ethernet cable (with a USB 3 adapter) into this USB C adapter and receive fast wired internet on my phone instead of using mobile data. My bedroom is wifi black spot so this was a great discovery and will save me having to ration data on my phone!Another useful function of the adapter is that you can easily transfer files from your computer to phone with a USB stick or SD card and the transfer speed is extremely impressive.As stated in the description, none of this requires any kind of setup - no installing software or annoying error messages. You just plug everything in and it works. It didn't heat up either after a couple of hours of constant use.The adapter itself feels very well-made and the ports hold the USB, HDMI and SD connections very securely. There's almost zero movement once they're slotted in place.I'm honestly very impressed by this adapter and excited by the possibilities. It's fantastic value for money as well. A Microsoft branded USB C adapter I bought a couple of years ago was twice the price and not even half as good or well-made as this one is. I can't recommend this enough!

I was only able to try this hub on a PC as my MacBook is an older model that doesn't have USB-C connection. The hub is very slim and light, but with 3 USB ports and HDMI connection plus SD/TF card readers, it is suitable for most users. So far it has performed better than an 11-port hub that I also have. I think these hubs with several ports are more prone to failure as I've had problems with two previous 11-port hubs where the PC randomly doesn't recognise USB devices. The small size of the FlePow means that it makes for less clutter on my desk which is important to me as I work with a MacBook and PC laptop side by side along with two monitors. This hub would also be perfect for travelling because of its compact design. It is fairly basic build quality but looks sturdy enough to do the job.However, the lack of a PD (Power Delivery), port is a considerable omission which I didn't notice until my laptop announced that it was running on emergency power. This does rather limit the use of the hub.

Absolutely fantastic accessory to have if you travel with your phone...add an HDMI cable, a usb mouse into this unit, and plug in your phone, and it can unleash the pc powers of your phone (I’ve got an S10).You can watch films stored on your phone, review photos, surf the interweb, and pretty much anything a regular pc can do. Wow.Can also use it for a standard pc, and plug in a load of peripherals if you’re running short of ports. It managed to power a usb-driven CD/DVD drive through it’s single, USB-C, which is my acid-test for USB ports, all worked fine (in my test ripping a CD).Housing is proper aluminium too, not just paint, so impressed with the feel and robustness of the unit.

The overall versatility and quality of this 7 in 1 hub is excellent when you compare it with others on the market which offer similar options for the same price or more, the value is excellent.I am mainly using this to extend my laptop to ultra HD monitors and it works perfectly with no issues in resolution.I find the SD & Micro SD are very useful for file / photo / music transfer as I use these a lot for backup and for music for my car and the speed of transfer is excellent.I have over the years had tried several USB hubs, this one is one of the best, its versatile, high quality, solid build and I would definitely recommend buying this one.

This adapter is very good.I have a MacBook Air and it fits superbly. I am glad it has a short lead because having had onebefore that did not have a lead it would not insert because I have a protective cover on mylaptop.It shows on my desktop as soon as it is plugged in. The SD card slot is very responsive. I amimpressed too that it has an HDMI slot which again connects as soon as it is plugged in.I would certainly recommend it.I had wanted to add photos below to show the picture on my TV using the HDMI cable and my laptop but Amazon will not accept. As soon as I have their answer to the problem I will add them.
