Acroprint BioTouch Clock — Brilliantly Simple Time Tracking. If you simply need an easy way to track employee arrivals and departures, without a lot of complicated setup, the BioTouch clock from Acroprint may be just the time tracking solution you've been looking for. The clock features quick setup, with no complicated network configuration. Simply enter your clock rules for up to five shifts on a simple Excel spreadsheet, upload to the clock using the included USB Memory Stick and you're ready to go. This clock is ideal for remote offices or other locations that don't have an available network port nearby. Employees can clock in and out using an enrolled fingerprint scan, RFID proximity badges / key fobs, or a PIN. This economical solution can accommodate up to 500 users. When you're ready to run payroll, it's as easy as plugging in a USB Memory Stick to capture the data. You can open the files in Excel for easy review and printing. If you're in a remote location, you can even email the Excel reports to your home office for processing. This product carries an industry leading two-year limited warranty (parts and labor). Easy, straightforward setup and use
So far so good, minus one star for this time clock's inability to record paid breaks. It does record unpaid lunches but not paid breaks.The unit feels cheap with a low quality lcd screen.Instructions are clear and easy to follow. There are also videos on YouTube to help with the setup. The software also has great features such as accidental double clocking. Proximity card works great. Fingerprint works good as well but will take some muscle memory to get it right.The only downside is be ready to use that usb flash drive all the time and so far, I have not figured out if there's an option for the software to total up all hours worked for the day for each employee (see screenshot)

This is a complete waste of money!
After several hours of trying to get this stupid thing to import 4 employees into the database, WE GIVE UP! Do not waste your money on this useless, yet cool looking, device. It does not work.

I still have it but too old style. Data ...
I still have it but too old style. Data can only be transferred by flash drive and its using Excel 97!!! Looking to upgrade very soon.

It doesn't work
It doesn't work. It doesn't recognize the fingerprints. A lot of time spent in front of the device saying "touch again"

Difficult to use
It requires a seperate program before using it.And it is difficult to use.Still cant figure it out 6 weeks

Good for the $$
Been using this for a few years now. The finger print option is decent. We use the punch code option and it works great. Much better than traditional time clock

Fickle
Very Low Quality! It never reads a finger print the first time. More often than not it takes an exaggerated amount of time to read a finger print. For two of our employees, it will not read their prints at all and we have tried all of their fingers. This is only one of the issues, and there are other issues. Do Not waste your money. Find another product.

Works but doesn't last.
Worked great for a month or so then froze and could not get it to work.

Unusable as delivered, no helpline.
Delivered today with no instructions and a plug that isn’t compatible with a UK electrical outlet. The contact telephone number doesn’t work leaving only an online message service which I’m dubious of receiving a response.
