This has helped so much I’m almost in tears of joy!!
I found the pelvic clock after googling my condition, which is an SI joint in stability. This happened after a poorly executed Chiropractic adjustment. I was desperate and came across pelvicclock.com. Started the basic exercise exercises bought the pelvic clock just a few days ago. Keep in mind. My back is already better and I’m very excited to keep this in my normal routine so for anybody experiencing SI joint pain instability or any other conditions that this till the clock is designed for I would highly recommend getting this piece of equipment.

Life Changing
I couldn’t recommend this product enough for someone with Lumbar issues. To those who say it didn’t work for them, that’s because you have to actually use it and do the exercises on a regular basis - it doesn’t work through osmosis. I’ve had excruciating back issues for years that make simply putting on socks and shoes unbearable and I felt like a 90 year old man from the loss of mobility. I finally got an MRI that revealed my L1 - L5 had protrusions, bulging discs, degenerative disease, spinal stenosis, and arthritis. My physician gave me condolences for the bad results as if I had stage 4 cancer and referred me to a neurosurgeon for major surgery. I asked him for a prescription for physical therapy instead and went to see a therapist I know who said he could help. My first day of therapy, they showed me the 12 to 6 pelvic exercise (just like with the pelvic clock) and that convinced me to purchase the pelvic clock which I came across while searching for exercises that supposedly could help with my issues. I started using it aggressively and very quickly I felt a difference. It’s not a one and done, you have to actually use it on a regular basis! I use it every day, sometimes a couple times a day for 15-20 minutes. THIS IS LIFE CHANGING! Three weeks of everyday usage in tandem with PT twice a week has already changed everything! Surgery will not be necessary, just continuing to use the pelvic clock daily after PT is concluded is all that’s needed. I just golfed 2 days in a row with no back issues, whereas I could only golf once a week prior, with major stiffness, pain, and agony for the next week as the price to be paid for such activity. I have referred several friends to the pelvic clock, one of whom was having major back spasms preventing him from golfing and he just told me he is using it 3 times a day, and it’s the best thing since sliced bread. I even showed it to my physical therapist and he said he is going to buy several for his practice! Buy it, use it daily, ice your back from time to time, it will change your life. Now, when I bend over to tie my shoes, I let out a painful grunt out of habit, but actually no longer have the pain and it doesn’t take 2 minutes to stand back up after bending over! Can’t recommend this device enough and completely dispute any inferences by lazy people that it doesn’t work - you just have to actually use it!

Took me 3 yrs to buy but glad I did
I have had an underlying Piriformis hip issue plaguing my all my life. 95% of the time I have no issues, but when it flares up it flares up bad. A few weeks ago I injured myself by pushing my body too hard with a lower body workout. I was in so much pain I couldn’t walk or sit for three days. I went to s stretch therapist 3x and go about 75% if the pain gone, but the right hip/SI joint pain was still there enough to where I stopped my workouts. Anyway, king story short I got this thing TODAY and within ten minutes of using it I am pain free. This is after weeks of doing other hip exercises. I have no idea why this was so effective compared to everything else I’ve tried. But my pelvis feels so happy and good and loose. I wanted to buy it thee years ago but it was just so expensive. I’m glad I finally bought it. But to be honest the price could be a lot lower as it is simply hard rubber and likely costs no more than $5 to manufacture. I feel like the inventor of this device could help a lot more people eliminate pain if this were affordable for the masses. For this reason I give it s 4 star. It would be 5 if it were more reasonably priced.

Saved me during S/I joint crisis
Back in 2022, I purchased a Pelvic Clock, but like so many other devices, it ended up in my endless collection of things that didn’t work. Fast forward to six weeks ago, I threw out my SI joint and found myself in absolute agony—the worst pain I’ve ever experienced in that area. It felt even more intense because I think I had finally healed, and the setback hit harder.Despite multiple sessions with my chiropractor and a prescription for prednisone from my doctor, my joint kept slipping out of place during the healing process. In desperation, I dug out my Pelvic Clock. This time, it became my lifeline. I started carrying it everywhere—to work, on car rides, and at home. During a ten-hour drive, whenever we stopped, I’d drop the truck’s tailgate, lie on the clock, and feel immediate relief as the joint popped back into place. It was a lifesaver. Now that my healing is well underway, I’ve transitioned from using it constantly to maybe every other day. I’ve shifted my focus to strengthening exercises to maintain my joint health. Looking back, I’m so glad I didn’t toss this little device—it’s become an essential part of my recovery. My trusty red Pelvic Clock is like my SI joint security blanket.

Difficult & hard for some backs- Pricey!
This is well-made and probably works for most people. If you go to physical therapy they can teach you to use it. I just realized that the instructions online tell you to make sure you’re finished with physical therapy before you use it. That’s because it’s so hard that if you have something wrong with your spine, like a ruptured disc, you might not want to put your entire body weight on it! The “clock” is unnecessary marketing.(Learn to go in a circle with it under your back). Hard rubber hurt my back. Instructions are not user-friendly; printed where you can’t see while using. There is no way to support the rest of your body while you gently rock back-and-forth on this. You basically have to lay on it. If you use your legs to push your abdomen up then it’s your legs getting the exercise, not your core. I think it’s the wrong shape and too dense. Ouch.
