NOT pre-lit
The picture looks very nice BUT when the garland arrived it was the garland and a string of lights! You have to twist them yourself. So, I haven't had time to do that yet and I don't know about a timer. I am just very disappointed that I have to twist the garland and lights together myself. If I had known that, I probably wouldn't have ordered these. It's more time-consuming than I wanted.

I was not aware that this used batteries. I don’t like the hassle of having to use batteries. It’s also very cheaply made.

The description of the product does not state that the garland is separate from the lights. If I had known that I would not have purchased the product, plus the light string is way shorter than the garland. It’s was very frustrating to use and put together.
