Great headphones

Here I am going to review Hyper x cloud core . I am using this for 2 days and I am going to tell that is this head set is good or not at this price tag .Pros :1. Audio quality : My first experience with the audio was little bit disappointed since I use a lot of earbuds and I had put high expectations on the headset since this product is from HP(Hewlett Packkard) and it is gaming oriented .Now after 2 days I can tell that you can use this headphone for any kind of work like playing games , video calls , listening music , watching movies ,etc .i. And it provides the DTS headphone :X software subscription for 2 years which is available on windows. When I tried it , It enhanced the listening experience to nearly premium ( similar to a Beoplay H4 headset) . There it makes an impact .2. Detachable noise cancelling microphone : It is really awesome , It is flexible and the audio clarity is good and it provides noise cancellation.3. Build Quality : The speaker shell are built with plastic , cushions are leather foam , the frame is aluminium frame and the wires are coated with a strong fibre and the Mic is made with plastic mic and metal frame . From overall the build quality is good .4. Comfort : The comfort is very good despite the weight ( 320 gms ) . I don’t feel pain even I use for 1-2 hours straight .5. Platform independent : From the HP , They are assuring that it can be used to PC, Mac, Laptop, I phone, Android, PS4 and X Box. I have tried to Laptop and Android and It works . Not sure for Nintendo Switch because they didn’t provided about it .6. mute slider and volume wheel given . You can mute your microphone and adjust your volume.CONS :1. Pause , next and previous buttons not provided since it is a gaming oriented headset.2. Detachable mic is necessary for talking.3. No water resistant or IP rating.VERDICT :HP did really a good job. A wired gaming headset under RS 4500 can give experience as most of the casual headphones which are above 6000 and i believe that this headset can give a very good competition to the headsets which are between 5000-6000.or even above If you are looking for a gaming headset under this budget, it is worth buying it in 2022.

The look of the product has degraded a lot but the comfort just increased and the sound quality is still good.Pros:-. very durable. very comfortable (even when worn for 4-6 hours continuously)cons:-. the faux leather ear cups and headband have withered over time giving the headphones a very old look.. the mic button and volume control cube is in a very awkward position.Over all a hassle-free connect and forget headphones.editing the post after 3 years of usage..The mic has finally died and produces a static noise when speaking..The audio is still going really strong.Overall a positive experience and would say that these headphones are extremely worth it for the price.

Works great with PC. Didn’t use the surround feature as it dubs the bass(own preference).Works great with PS5 too.BUT, while using it with PS5 you can only consider the 3.5mm Jack.The USB doesn’t work properly, the volume is SUPER LOW and the surround feature doesn’t work without the USB.The product is super sturdy, looks good, the sound volume is perfect, I’ve been using with my PC and PS5 for gaming, listening to songs and watching movies.It’s perfect for all of the three activities.Love the bass. It’s adequate!

So I was so skeptical about the product at start that for weeks I reasearched which product should be best. I have gone through razer,corsair and hyperx all list of products in headphones section and the I stopped on this one because it's in budget,durable and have all the features one should expect from a gaming headphone.This has the option to connect to 3.5mm jack as well as usb option for enabling 7.1 experience with all controls. The virtual surround sound is good in this one and the treble is almost correct to level listening music. However the bass in good enough and you can make it better with a 3rd party software.I use it for games like Warzone and Pubg PC with 7.1 enabled and I can hear the footsteps direction through surround sound. I use it for team meetings and game voice chat, there is no loopback and voice is crystal clear to listener with or without usb.This is also durable as I dropped it accidentally one time on floor and it works great even after than. The mic is cardioid so only frontal voice will pass through and any other voice will be suppressed to an extent that listener will not hear noises.I hope anyone searching through a list of headphones in budget should go for these as I razer is not durable and corsair is not upto that quality.

Lesson Learnt ⚠️It was my first headphone, I was looking for bass as well as surround. I was very very wrong.Advice:For Music Lovers/Audiophile: If you are seeking bass just run away. Do not buy this.It has almost no bass as it is gaming headphone. Gaming headphones are terribly terrible for music in this budget range.It has "Bright" Signature Sound, means almost no bass. Treble will be high.It means it is excellent if you are aiming for Classical, Folk & Jazz music. ( Tabla is so real that you will feel it is being played just beside you )For Gamers : You are in nice place. Comfort is top notch, audio decent for the price for gaming. Surround is good.Gimmick : 7.1 is gimmicks in most cases. Do not think . It is lie you are getting very high quality DAC.Music lovers go for something Sennheiser or Sony.Update: I still hate this headphone, wasted 6400 rupees. It has been 3 years+.
