Game-Changer for Older Cars and Wired Headphones
This little Bluetooth receiver absolutely surprised me. I got it to upgrade my older car that only has an AUX input, and it’s been rock-solid from day one. Setup was a breeze — it paired with my phone in seconds and remembers it every time I get in the car. The sound quality is crisp, clear, and consistent, and the noise cancelling helps block out engine and road noise during calls. I’ve also used it at home with a pair of wired headphones and even plugged it into a speaker system — works flawlessly across the board. Battery life is a beast — easily gets me through multiple days of use without needing to charge. The built-in mic is surprisingly good, and call quality has been crystal clear for both me and the people on the other end. Pros: Super easy Bluetooth pairing with stable connection Excellent sound quality for both music and calls Works with car AUX, home speakers, or wired headphones Noise cancelling mic is great for hands-free calls Long battery life — 16 hours is no joke Compact and well-designed with a solid feel Cons: Not ideal if your AUX port is in a tight spot, since the unit is a little longer than a basic aux cable Bottom Line: If you’ve got a car or speaker system stuck in the wired past, this thing brings it into the wireless future — fast. Great sound, long battery, and no dropouts. I’d buy it again without hesitation.

Works Great
It was very easy to set up in my 09 Ford Focus SE. The quality is nice and definitely worth the price.

Works well, life-span is questionable.
I've had this for 10 months. I plugged it into the Aux-in port in my car and it does a fine job of streaming audio from my phone. It's even good enough to carry on a phone call while driving and I've also connected it to my work phone & use it for conference calls when I'm driving, with no complaints about noise or audio quality from other participants. I cannot comment on battery life, as I plugged the USB cable into the adapter and into the 2nd port of my car charger and I just leave it plugged in. It's charging every time the engine is running. It does a pretty good job of staying connected via Bluetooth. Sometimes, it does too good a job - it'll remain connected to the phones when I walk into the house and when I go to answer a call, the phone is piping the audio to the adapter in the car. I've gotten in the habit of turning off the adapter as I park. For the first 7 months or so, it worked really well. Over the last couple of months, the audio announcements ("power on", "power off", "device connected") are starting to get truncated - I don't get the full announcement, both the beginning and ending of the announcement are getting clipped. Additionally, it will sometimes turn itself on - there are times when I'm going for a short drive and don't bother with turning it on, but I'll suddenly get (some of) the "power on" and "device connected" messages out of the blue. For the $18 I paid for it in Sept '24, I guess it's a reasonable value. The price has dropped a buck or so since. I do have the feeling I'll have to purchase a replacement sooner rather than later. While this works well, I'll probably look at a different brand in the hopes of finding something that will last longer.

Clear sound ,works flawless
Ok ! This is best review for Honda people and for those who have aux input. Ok people wrote something like" dont work ,have some issue with connection, distortion and etc. They don't have reliable phone or stereo. It works with any car but I can tell for honda people. $16.99 don't have to change stereo ( which is over $299) or add screen .this is it. Clear sound .same sound as aux cable. But best thing no need wires on your phone can play anything you want plus can make phone call will clear sound. I have sqmsung galaxy s22 ultra . And pure quality sound .

Simple Bluetooth Car Solution if you've got a 3.5mm input
Used it to replace an unreliable bluetooth system in my Acura TSX. Simple and works great. Comes with a Male/male 3.5mm cord to patch to the vehicle. Also a USB A/C patch that I hooked to a USB A cigarette lighter adapter for power. Wish I'd done it sooner. No issues pairing with two different iPhones (It can hold up to two paired devices). Connects immediately on power up. Play/pause, fwd/rev buttons for content. Play answers the phone. Double tap redials. Phone microphone reported as a little weak. But that might be caused by the unit's location down at the base of the gear shift.

good purchase
Works like a charm. Purchased to connect my Phone to my 2012 Harley Davidson sound system via the mini plug on the front of the radio. I gave it one initial charge, plugged it in, and presto! It is working flawlessly so far. Super pleased with battery life and ease of use. I'm an old guy and hate trying to figure out new tech; this was fantastic. I have aftermarket speakers and all, but the regular radio stations sounded bad. The Bluetooth connection made all the difference and really brought the system to life. Ordering was easy, shipping was fast, and the item was very affordable. This device plugs into the aux port on any compatible device, connects via Bluetooth, and is ready to go in under 30 seconds.

The J22 bluetooth receiver is a fantastic little unit that allows you to play music and podcasts on your old-school car stereo (as long as it has an AUX auxiliary port). It is extremely predictable and reliable once it is paired to your phone, immediately connecting when you power it on. It runs for 10+ hours on a single charge (which is via a USB-C port). It will automatically power down after a few minutes of being disconnected from your phone - great when you arrive at your destination - and avoid having to keep charging it. Sound quality is very good - at least as good as CD. It comes with both a short audio cable and that nice direct adapter for connection to your car head unit.Much better than finicky other bluetooth adaptors I have tried.

100% recomendable.

Was a present for my wife and after several months she told me that it was not fot for purpose; too late to return the product.

Decent audio quality, supports AAC codec on Android. Very good battery life and it supports USB PD chargers. Includes male to male adapters, both an inline one and a cable. Love that the cable is included so the receiver can be hidden far away in some compartment if you use it in a car. Minor things of note: It does not have a separate volume control on the receiver itself so keep in mind if you plan to use it with earphones (there is also no clip). It also seems to have a strange issue with audio very occasionally cutting out for a split second but it doesn't bother me too much. After you set the volume on your phone the receiver seems to also change your volume slightly after a while so it's within one of the "increments", I suppose so that the volume buttons on the device work as expected.
