This works really well. I live in Texas and I always have these large ant piles during the summer and no matter what I sprayed on them, they always would reappear the very next week. The bag is easy to open and there is no strong smell coming from it at all. My poodles have gone outside to use the lawn the very next day and there was no issue, it is very pet safe.

SO, the Summer we purchased our home near Albany, NY, our yard was FULL of fleas, ticks, and all sorts of ground bugs that terrorized our pets and us at back yard get togethers. The following year, I purchased two of these bags of bug stuff. My husband applied it with a spreader throughout our back yard and around the house as directed, we still had issues with flies and mosquitoes, but not one flea and not one tick was to be had. If you need to "reset" your yard, this is worth its weight in gold. It works, and fast. Highly Recommend!!

received 2 day earlier than expected!! i use this products regularly and it works significantly helping keep ticks and fleas off my dog (along with her flea and tick collar) and i notice much less ants, spiders, centipedes and even mosquitos !! Also amazing value for the money, especially when used as directed.

This stuff works! I have been using it for a year now, applying about every 4 months. I noticed that there are rarely bugs of any kind crawling around my yard, or garden. It also kills grubs, so moles have nothing to eat, and moved away. Application requires a hand spreader, or broadcaster of some type. I use a grass seed hand spreader and that works perfectly. After applying the granular material, you need to heavily water it in, so it gets down into the soil. That kills off all kinds of creepy crawlies that dwell in your soil, lying in wait to wreak havoc. It has no noticeable smell. I’d say that it’s easy to use, and you get a lot of bang for your buck. It’s a good size bag, and covers a lot of area. Ortho seems to be a pretty reliable brand of pest control, so it’s a quality product in my opinion. I’ve used other pest control products, and they didn’t seem to work. This stuff does, and it lasts for months! I’ve even note that there are less mosquitoes, and flying bugs. But the bees still come around, and that’s important to me. Bees are a crucial part of our ecosystem, and I don’t want to effect them in any way. I think I’ve covered all the bases. The next day after putting this down, we had hundreds of grubs gasping for life on the lawn. This stuff works great !!!

CANT SAY IT KILLS THE GRUBS..STILL HAVE MOLE PROBLEMS.. GET RID OF THE GRUBS--NO MOLES IM GOING BACK TO MY OTHER PRODUCT.. KEPT OUT GRUBS FOR 20-YEARS, UNTIL I TRIED THIS PRODUCT..

Good quality product. I use it as a deterrent for my previous grub problem, on my lawn.

Works great. My go to every year when I’m prepping my yard for spring.
