Patak'sRogan Josh Spice Paste 283g

I had been able to buy Patak's blends but my Indian store no longer carries them. They go a long way but I love adding this to a dish at the end so it is "seasoned to taste". Great stuff!

I've used Patak's Rogan Josh paste for years, and it works with chicken, beef, goat, or lamb wonderfully. One jar is all it takes to make 3lbs of meat and whatever veggies you prefer (I recommend sweet potato and mangos) into a delicious curry.

I really like the first jar that I ordered. I ordered a second jar and the wrong one was sent. The product is not eligible for return.

I bought this to try to make some Rogan Josh I bought some nice lamb and it was just terrible it was a waste of a lot of good quality lamb taste was very bitter

There should a seal on the bottle to protect customers from pollution of people sniffing the food item, or even doing something else. I won't buy it unless they start to put a seal on the bottle.

horrible! 1 of the worst things i've ever tasted. threw it in the garbage after 1 taste. strong cloves & citric acid. BRUTAL
