This is a model for experienced, dedicated builders. As is typical of Revell Germany products the detail level is high. The end result is truly fascinating to look at. The interior details could not be more extensive. Depending on the version you choose to build, you will be left with a significant amount of detail parts for your "spare box."That said, there are some things to warn one about. After completing the interior, I found mating the fuselage halves difficult. There were some fair gaps that required filling, and one will need to brace the halves together for a while to insure a good seal. If one desires to match the box cover art, one will have to paint the orange/yellow areas prior to decal placement. Determining where the masking lines will be for that orange/yellow paint will take some preparation. In the end, I left mine with a blue and white design. There is some difficulty aligning engine intakes above the fuselage.In sum, though, if one is patient and determined, one will have a very impressive representation of one of the most popular evac helicopters in operation. I would still recommend it.

Second Revel Model received!
This is a Christmas gift so can’t really rate it. The first one I received, which was SUPPOSED TO BE a birthday day gift, was the wrong one. After being OKAYED to return, which made me angry, I reordered and ultimately received the correct one....at least I hope it’s correct as I won’t know till Christmas. The shipping and handling was horrendous, costing almost as much as the item itself. I paid it as it’s for a special boy in our family!!! The other one, I decided to donate. The cost for it was low and paying s&h to return it was ridiculous as it was not my fault in the first place that it was the wrong one. So there’s your review!! For what it’s worth.

Super Bausatz zum kleinen Preis
Lieferung was super schnell. Der Preis von ca. 20€ ist für ein Hubschrauber in diesem Maßstab echt gut. Die Detaillierung des Bausatzes ist echt gut.

Bausatz einer MBB-BK117 C-2:Bausatzqualität:Der Satz passt genrell ganz gut. sciherlich ist ein bisschen Spachtelmasse hier und da angemessen. die abziehbilder sind hingegen nicht detailgetreu.So ist das cockpit mit dem des originals nicht im Ansatz zu vergleichen.Die Befestigung des Rotormastes am Rumpf ist schlecht ausgeführt. entweder sitzt der Rotor so Locker, dass es bei der leichtesten Berührung abfällt / der kleine Befestigungspin bricht oder es passiert, dass einem Aufgrund des großen Spieles Plastikkleber in den vorgesehen Hohlraum läuft und der Rotor nicht mehr drehbar ist.Immerhin dreht er im Gegensatz zum EC135 Bausatz richtig herum. Hoffentlich wird das beim Nachfolgebausatz besser gelöst. Der Heckrotor hat ein ähnliches Passungsproblem, hier lässt er sich jedoch nur schwerlich dehbar einbauen.Fazit:Ein durchaus gut gelungener Satz, sicherlich mit Drawbacks, aber dennoch schön anzusehen. Für Anfänger aufgrund der hohen Teilezahl nicht umbedingt geeignet.
