St. Joseph Home Sale Practice

When it came time to sell my mother’s home while we’re experiencing a real estate home sale slump, I went straight to Amazon for this purchase. There are many different versions of this tradition, but we simply placed our statue in a plant outside the front door before showing the home. Our house sold to the first party to view it. Coincidence? …..maybe, but I choose to believe. No need for a flashy statue or ceremony in “planting”, but please remember to give to a shelter when your sale is complete to show your gratitude.

I gifted this item to a friend who was trying to sell her house. It was a well-cared for house and very beautiful. Unfortunately, she had to deal with a real estate agent from hell who seemed to have some crazy, unnecessary and unreasonable demands. The house sat for months with only one perspective buyer who viewed it and was hoping that my friend would take it off the market and lease it out to them (because they could not afford to buy it)- this was an option that the real estate agent was 'pushing for'(maybe he knew them personally...who knows????)Well, I gifted this St. Joseph kit to my friend. She buried the statue in a spot facing the front door and followed the instructions. Less than a week later my friend received a call from another real estate agent with clients who wished to see the house. They came to the house and loved it at first sight- they loved everything about it... as I write this, it looks like a 'done-deal'. The house passed the inspections and is getting ready to close- hopefully some time this coming week. My friend wanted to sell her house quickly to a family who would love it. The buyers love the house and want to move in ASAP. The arrangement really does seem to be 'heaven-sent' As for the real estate agent who was giving my friend a lot of grief... well, he is pretty much out of the picture now, so it appears that St. Joseph took care of that problem too.Overall I am very impressed!
