Sorry....no. Not for my preload collars.
I don't know how folks get this to work adjusting motorcycle shock preload collars. The pin is round, or rather, cylindrical. It does not sit well against the tab of the collar. The heads of the screw that holds the arm to the handle are too tall so trying to get that round pin to sit against the collar tab while the screw head is lifting the tool in an awkward way.........I cannot get the this tool to sit flat enough for it not to slide right out of the collar tab.I resorted to grinding the pin flat, grinding the screw heads down and still it slides out of the tab.....and it's heavy , and the swinging arm is floppy, which adds to it's inability to grab the preload collar tab. This was while the shock was out of the bike.....image the frustration with it in the bike.

commercial quality tool
This is the best bang-for-your-buck in a spanner wrench that you can get. A true mechanics quality tool that will last a long time. You can look at all the racing/parts sites and will not find this heavy of a spanner wrench at this price. Perfect for coil-overs and large applications. 2"-4 3/4" range. Works!

2012 Cbr250r shock adjustment
Did the job for adjusting the shock preload on my 2012 Cbr250r. However I think I would get one size smaller if I could do it again because it was a really tight fit on the bike with little clearance to turn the handle. The wrench handle was almost too long but I was able to get it to work.

it works fine
It does the job. Not easy to find, we use for one machine at the winery. It looks like it will hold up. Not high quality very cheap forging. Bit it works. ask me next year if it still works.
