Excellent product. Good adhesion. I ran the Great North Run wearing one and it was still stuck firm at the end.I've found a notable difference in my breathing whilst running using these.

Good strips, definitely worth trying
These strips work well, according to my wife they usually stop me snoring but even when I do it's not as bad as without. Removing the strips isn't too bad, it's always going to be the least pleasant part of using them but I've never had any skin problems so I am happy to recommend them.
