I did this puzzle straight from the box, in one day, 5 hours. I did in fact organize the pieces by letters. And 3 border pieces are missing. How frustrating. I am very meticulous and I know I did not misplace any pieces. The box does not have a phone number to contact for replacement pieces. I guess this is going back along with an unopened box of the cupcakes since I bought this as a set. Lame. If you absolutely love puzzles, skip this set and buy from a reputable company like Ravensburger or Buffalo. Sorry Joyin. I should have looked past the great price. Poor quality control. Puzzle deems useless. Waste of time. Skip this item.

Very nicely made puzzle with sturdy pieces and a great top surface. The colors are bold and the puzzles are very challenging, but not impossible. Our doughnut puzzle was missing a piece which is the reason for the four stars

Pandemic time is jig saw puzzle time for my wife and me. This two puzzle set arrived within a couple days and appear to be well made. These are close to Ravensburger puzzle quality at 1/4th the price. I like that they come in a smaller box than the Ravenburger puzzles to conserve storage space. The pieces fit together snuggly and are cleanly cut with no "hanging chads" that can be frustrating with cheaper puzzles. I would recommend these puzzles to any jigsaw puzzle lover

I love these puzzles. I had my 3 sons and their wives over for a BBQ and once they saw that I had a puzzle started on a card table. The whole family crowded around laughing and joking as they all began to put the puzzle together.The cupcake puzzle was a hit and they can't wait until next weekend to help with the donut by puzzle.

We've recently gotten on a puzzle kick! These 2 puzzles were, by far, our favorites out of about about 10. The colors are crisp and vibrant. Bonus...the back of the the puzzle have letters (a,b,c,d) on the back to help with knowing which section of the puzzle the pcs belong.

We really enjoyed these puzzles and all pieces were there. The only frustrating thing was that they were supposed to be lettered on the back and they were not. It did not stop us from doing it but I do believe that is false advertising and should be addressed. The quality of the puzzles was good though.

Loved these 2 puzzles, such a great price for 2 puzzles. Pictures are bright and colorful. Pieces are sturdy and unique. I would buy more from this company.

I only recieved the cupcake one, I thought due to the high level of deliveries during December that it would come later, but no. The cupcake puzzle is pretty and super easy. Awesome for beginners.
