No need to think over and decide, just go and buy this thing... Coming from an audiophile since 2006, sound is detailed and overall great considering the price. Sound Quality and Connectivity options definitely factors in. Bang for the buck set of classy speakers.

Currently using these R1280DB's with my PC setup (ASUS Prime Z370-A board, Realtek S1220A audio) for music, videos and gaming. They pack quite a lot of bass, which is very punchy and compliments electronic music genres, but also do well in other treble heavy stuff I listen to like J-Pop, Metal and instrumental tracks. There is no distortion in the bass reproduction and they have very good stereo separation with very little crosstalk between them, also there's no hiss or hum from the amplification, even at moderately loud volume levels. While watching movies, voices come through very clearly and the sound effects are very boomy. Build quality is very solid with a MDF(I think) body and a wood grain veneer over the top. The cloth mesh cover is easily removed and exposes the speakers, they are connected to each other via (silver/copper coloured) speaker wire which is inserted into peg terminals. The active right speaker has Bass, Treble and Volume controls and has 2 stereo RCA, 1 Optical and 1 Coaxial input, the power cord is non removable. They also have Bluetooth for connection to phones, version 4.0 is indicated on the box. Cables included are 1 stereo RCA to RCA, 1 3.5mm to RCA and 1 optical cable, no coaxial cable is included. An IR remote is included with battery and can control volume, power, mute, input selection, Bluetooth and track back/forward, play/pause while connected to Bluetooth device. Overall, very good for the price, I paid $109 AUD on an Amazon lightning deal, but would be OK with paying 129 for these, I would advise you to compare prices elsewhere if they are over 140 AUD. Also take note that the dates for dispatch and estimated delivery from seller to seller on amazon differ wildly, I went with Edifier Australia with fulfillment by Amazon and delivery was on time and prompt.

Sono soddisfatto dell'acquisto di queste casse Edifier R1280DB. Le uso principalmente con il mio PC, collegandole tramite cavo ottico, e la qualità del suono è davvero eccellente. I bassi sono potenti senza risultare invadenti, mentre le alte frequenze sono chiare e ben bilanciate. L'audio è pulito e preciso, perfetto per film, musica e giochi. Un altro punto a favore è la possibilità di collegarle anche tramite Bluetooth, una funzionalità molto comoda che permette di usarle con altri dispositivi senza fili. La latenza è bassa, quindi non ci sono problemi se le utilizzo per guardare video o giocare. Anche la qualità audio in Bluetooth non delude: mantiene un suono ottimo, senza interferenze o distorsioni. Le Edifier R1280DB sono diffusori da scaffale di alta qualità, con una potenza di 42W RMS, il che le rende perfette per ambienti di dimensioni medio-grandi. Hanno un design elegante e moderno, con il classico legno MDF che riduce la risonanza e migliora la resa acustica. La possibilità di regolare il volume e i bassi direttamente dalle manopole sulla parte anteriore è davvero pratica. Inoltre, queste casse possono essere considerate una scelta entry level ideale per chi vuole iniziare con la produzione musicale. Offrono una buona resa sonora e una risposta in frequenza equilibrata, che le rende perfette per chi si avvicina alla registrazione o al mixaggio senza voler spendere troppo. Certo, per produzioni professionali o ad alto livello, potrebbero servire monitor di fascia superiore, ma per chi è alle prime armi sono perfette. Il prezzo è molto competitivo rispetto ad altri diffusori della stessa fascia, considerando le opzioni di connessione e la qualità del suono. Consigliatissime per chi cerca casse di qualità, versatili e facili da usare, e per chi vuole avvicinarsi alla produzione musicale senza spendere troppo.

Ich hab die Boxen Anfang der Woche geliefert bekommen und ich bin schlichtweg begeistert. Die R1280DB sind qualitativ richtig hochwertig, nicht nur im Aussehen und haptisch, sondern auch klanglich. Bin kein Audiophile, aber als ich meine Lieblingstracks gehört habe damit, hab ich mich erstmal wie im Kino gefühlt. Musik hören macht einfach wahnsinnig viel Spaß mit diesen Lautsprechern (Filme schauen auch). Aufbau ist super einfach und intuitiv, Bluetooth Verbindung geht auch problemlos, und es sind genug Kabel-Optionen dabei, um die Boxen an was auch immer anzuschließen. Ich hatte zuvor mit den MR4 von Edifier geliebäugelt, bis ich diese hier für 10€ mehr gefunden habe. Und die Fernbedienung, however small and flimsy, ist für mich persönlich alleine das Geld wert. Die Speaker stehen auf meinem Schreibtisch als Lautsprecher für meinen Monitor. Egal ob Musik hören, Zocken oder Filme schauen, die Hübschen liefern einfach. Bin mir sehr sicher, dass ich mit denen definitiv viele Jahre Spaß haben werde und ich kann sie wirklich nur jeder/jedem empfehlen, der/die tollen Klang zum (in der Kategorie verhältnismäßig) kleinen Preis sucht.
