Solid, sturdy and well built. after proper warm up, makes pizza in less then two minutes. Need to be watched or pizza crust burns quickly.A few design flaws: Seems like there should be a door on the front of the oven as a lot of heat escapes from the front of the oven, and the flame coming from the back of the oven is so strong, it burns crust before pizza is fully cooked, needs to be some type of small metal shield around the flame to protect crusts. Those that have used this, know what I'm talking about.Other then that, high quality oven that makes great pizza in little time.
