Very bad product. I have to return it

Quality is fine, easy to assemble. High speed motor. Upon switching ON felt plastic/rubber odour for at least 1-2 days. Don’t know what it is exactly. Reducing 1 star for this odour. Never felt sucj in other fans for other brands.

We bought this product because we live in a very hot place and turning on the aircon will consume a lot of electricity. We got this and it was kind of hard to assemble it. At the end we were able to use it and was satisfied with the purchase

The fan speed is good. The buttons are started to loose after 1 year, and the fan stopped working after 18 months.

Never last more than 6 months. To get it repaired is impossible as you want to use warranty you are asked to go inside free zones with your fan or pay

It delivers what it says. Good Value for money. the air flow on # 1 setting is very restricted to near distance. if you are a bit further from the fan than you have to use either #2 or #3. The fan blades make lot of noise on #2 and #3

functioning perfectly since day one bought this 4 months back no complaint

The fan is nice and appears to work fine at first however, I’m now finding I cannot use speed settings 2 or 3. Only the lowest speed seems to consistently work. The higher settings start off ok but will very quickly change: the spinning changes somehow and becomes very loud and although still spinning no air can be felt at all. I would have returned it had it not been for the recent extreme heat and I couldn’t go any more time without one 🥵 Update: In the end the lowest setting also started with the issue. Had to keep stopping and starting it constantly.
