This is my Worst experience ever on Amazon , i always read about any item before I buy. But for this item, I spent even more time to research on YouTube and everywhere. No one said that this is a bad door lock. So I bought it.It was easy to install, after a week the lock stopped working , the handle didn't move to the right or left.No connection to the getway, so I had to remove it and reinstall again . It worked for more 2 days and again it stopped working. We just removed it.We were really lucky twice, that the door was open when the lock stopped working.I don't recommend this smart key at all. If the door was closed and the lock stopped working then there is no way to open the door. I usually don't write any bad reviews but for this not smart key, I am happy to write.

I love the product. I find it very easy to install and durable. . I will keep buying this product for all of my apartments. Well recommend to all the customers who needs digital lock 100/100.

No WiFi and gateway doesn't really work.

Really like the convenience it brings us, easy to install and to operate. After some time we had some issue and support had no issue in sending us a replacement unit.

Disappointing!! First of all the installation is not that easy as it seems, it requires attention small details, it took time but evantually I was able to install it. Secondly, lots of UN-Smart details noted:1- The new battery appeared on the app as 50% charge!2- The app layout and look is sooo poor and old fashioned and not that user friendly3- the entries log is not synced properly. Not all unlock history is appeared on the app which considered a huge deficiency.4- I know this is a Bluetooth device but the app does not force auto synchronisation with the lock once the phone get close to the device so there is no notification comes directly to the phone to notify the unlock entries.5- why the batteries are installed from outside!6- for the access cards you can't delete the card remotly the curd needs to be physically exist so you can delete it this is huge deficiency as the card could be stolen engine need to remove it!Overall the device working properly and there is no issue in the locking and unlocking however multiple improvements should be done at least on the app.

Easy to use very goodThis lock made things easier for me because I had to have a lot of keys and change the lock from time to time.

J'ai acheté cette serrure électronique pour sécuriser un meublé de tourisme et éviter d'avoir des clés qui se baladent.J'ai eu quelques soucis au début avec une serrure qui ne se déverrouillait pas dans de rares cas, sauf que quand vous n'avez aucune autre option pour pénétrer dans les lieux, je peux vous dire que le moindre bug est source d'inquiétude.Et là j'ai pu voir l'efficacité du service après-vente joignable via What'sApp. Les échanges ont été clairs et efficaces. Je devais réaliser la mise à jour de la serrure (Attention l'application pour mettre à jour n'est disponible que sur Android pour le moment). Une fois faite, tout est rentré dans l'ordre.Un des avantages primordial de cette serrure en ce qui me concerne, c'est la possibilité de créer des codes à usage unique pour la période de séjour des touristes qui choisissent mon logement. En effet, la serrure possède une horloge. Lors de l'installation, l'utilisateur est invité à choisir un code secret qui va créer un algorithme unique permettant la création de codes à 10 chiffres qui les rendent actifs uniquement en fonction d'une date de départ et une date de fin. C'est très pratique car je n'ai pas à être connecté à la serrure pour créer ces codes à usage unique et c'est donc parfait pour l'utilisation que j'en fais. Je ne peux que très vivement recommandé ce produit qui me rend de grands services !
