I love that I am able to fit all my multivitamins and medications into each compartment AND set up a month's supply in one sitting. There's no compromise for compartment sizing with this 31 day supply. Pros: All compartments on this tray were easy to read. There are 31 days printed and 1 storage space after day 31. The compartments are removable in sets of 4 from the tray. All compartments latch securely. Cons: Compartments can be hard to open because of the spacing between each. You almost have to pull the set of 4 out to open them. Compartments pull out of the tray when opening them individually. Overall, I am really pleased with this product. I wanted something that didn't take up a large amount of space but also had single day compartments large enough to hold my 6 large multivitamins/supplements and still have room to spare for my regular medications. It honestly does not take up much more room than a AM/PM two week supply organizer. I ordered the fuchsia and the color is vibrant and eye catching. I do struggle with opening the compartments in the center of the tray. You need to pull the set of 4 out partially to be able to grip the lid of the compartment. It's just a small inconvenience that I am more than willing to put up with since the compartments close securely without popping open and with having the ability to only need to deal with refilling once a month.

Recently I started taking prescribed medication and one of the things that I encountered was needing to cut my medication in half. I was using a 7 day system and I was refilling based off of a weekly schedule with a 7 day pill organizer that only have the day of the week. I was originally going to buy the one a day pods, but I am glad I did not impulsively buy that one because not long after, the reviews went down for it. Pros: * Easy to use * has 31 days and not 28 * days are numbered and not labeled M-F week 1-4. * The rows are a pretty tight snug so I don't think they would be hard to travel with, but some of the individual boxes does pop open pretty easily so that's why I put 3 stars for traveling. * I ordered this on the 15th and received it on the 17th and was happy to get it as soon as I did. * Additionally it comes in the color I wanted :) Cons: * When opening up the organizer to put pills in, I actually had to open ALL the days to air it out a little since it had a strong chemical smell. Not tolerable, but definitely enough for me to want to air it out. * As you can see from the pictures some of the days are not aligned in the centered, number 8, 12, 16, 19, 22, 23, 24, 31, and the storage, which I didn't even pay attention until today. * What I did notice immediately and it was a little disappointed was the number 25. It is a little messed up. Me wanting to be a perfectionist these two things bother me, but they are tolerable (or at long as I ignore the appearance flaws). Overall, I have very happy with my purchase & will update if anything changes with how I feel regarding it. Update: So I began taking nightly vitamins so I bought a yellow one to go with it. I was actually very disappointed because the number 5 was the one that stayed open and I can't close it. I kept meaning to come by and make the review, but kept getting busy with other things. I love the current system that I have and I don't want to change it, but I wish the 5 would close properly because it actually gives me anxiety looking at it. :(

Love this pill container. I struggle with memory issues, remembering to refill a weekly pill container and then I get confused what week and what day I'm on. This solves all of that! Only issue I've encountered is that to open one day you take out a set of 4 days and that can be a hassle for some people but its 0.2 extra seconds and I don't mind at all given how great it is overall (note: it is not arthritis friendly in that regard and it also does not come with any easy open tabs or buttons to open the containers for each day so keep that in mind if you do have arthritis or are very elderly, etc.). The yellow is a visible nice color as well. And it has a container after the 31 day mark for you to store any extra medication (love that for easy refills for next month!) Overall totally worth the purchase and will definitely help you more than a weekly pill container. Very well made.

Its ok. Its crazy how now of the local stores carried anything beyond 7 days. Full month just makes it easier for me to know when to restock. Like: that it has 31 days and not just 30, plus spare slot. I like that you can take out the compartments. But wished it was for 7 days and not 4. Even if that leaves the 4 slots (3 days+spare)... I'd be ok with that. Dislike that the rows are so close, that there is barely room to open each day. Also the hinges for lids is very flimsy. I wonder how much life I will get out of it. I wished the trays were locked into the base somehow or snapped in, so that I can carry it without worrying about the trays falling out.

Best pill organizer! I have one for nutrients and vitamins and one for my meds. The lids latch securely and remain wide open when filling. After two years of owning, there is no damage or broken parts. Large compartments make replenishing very easy. Highly recommended!
