Gave me allergy on my arms and neck that looked like jock itch. I thought its because of the changing of the weather but right after i stopped this supplement, the itchiness gone down and the bumps are disappearing little by little. Just went to my bin.

Cooper & Zinc are not Chelated so one of them will prevent the absorption of the other, if you want to absorb both of them they should be in Amino Acid Chelated forme.
