I am the Adirondack Woodworker and I design my one-of-a-kind hardwood creations in my Adirondack New York woodshop using woods mostly harvested from my own property. Most pieces are hand-rubbed using only Tung Oil to bring out the natural wood color and grain, then sealed with a paste wax; a process that provides a natural finish with no added stains or colors. It has a natural golden honey brown finish, which gradually turns to a rich golden brown with age that makes a simply elegant repository for your jewelry, special mementoes or other heirlooms. A Red Cedar and Butternut checkerboard pattern adorns the lid and accented with Butternut feet.
