Does what is says, nothing wrong with it. It came on time with no damage

Product is good, but received in a bad condition.
It was a set of 2 pieces. One of them was totally useless, as the balm was melt inside the tube and the half portion of the other one was in a usable state.

These are melted on the inside. Half of it has already leaked.

Its definitely a good product.
I ordered this product since I have frequently use Neutrogena products. Its another good product for maintining soft lips without any fragrance to it.

Expected long lasting moisture for cold weather. But this is a light balm nothing special.

I suffer from damaged dry lips this really didn't do much for me. But if your lip skin type is normal this should work for you
