Raging Death

For any of the metal heads out there that enjoyed the band Dismember, you will LOVE this band. Beginning to end, this CD is solid. If you are looking for a good track to preview, listen to "Bloodhammer". The title sounds funny, but that song is as heavy as the any headbanger could hope. Enjoy.

Crushing Swedish Death Metal.

A really good solid Death Metal release that has a heavy heavy sound. If you dig the old ealry 90s Swedish bands like Entombed, Dismember,Grave ect ect ect this is a must get album!! Def buy or die! My favorite track is "Blood Hammer" !!!!!!

You have to love the Swedish sound, it never gets old. Great release! If you love old Entombed, Dismember, Carnage,Fleshcrawl. Check this cd out great release.

Cemetery horrors is why I bought tis album. I would recommend this band to all death metal fans. Anytime any place.

Yes this sounds like Entombed and Dismember, has traces of Grave and Unleashed and owes it's existence to those scenes that spawned those bands. But the craving for that early Sun Studios sound hasn't died down and newer bands are quickly taking up the reigns. If Entrails were around at the same time as those guys, they would easily compete with them as best in show. It's unfair to say that as Entrails have the benefit of hindsight and being able to channel the spirits of all who have walked before them, and that is exactly what Raging Death is, a channeling of all the greatest Swedish Death Metal bands! All those bands owe a little something to Autopsy, so there are traces of that in there too as well as some Asphyx love. The album is all festering crypts and decrepit bodies (metaphorically and sometimes figuratively). Those chugging super gallops and light blast beating continue to fill the pus filled picture with a great vocal performance not really immediately likened to anybody else. Exhumed to consume, this band does this sound right!

This album kicks off at a fairly fast tempo and the buzzsaw sounding guitars and quite audible bass and pummeling drums just drew me in and had me hypnotised throughout, vocals are fantastic also. It has an old-school charm to it and some brilliant hooks and guitar work, I consider this album to be one of my favourites of this year thus far. If you like old-school Death Metal with great musicianship that also feels fresh and stand out from other Death Metal releases lately then definitely try this one! LOVE IT!

very impressed with this release.death metal the way it was in the early 90;s.very reminiscente of early entombed the way they were before they digged their own grave.if you like lyrics about being buried alive and being eaten by the dead,then give this band a try,you wont regret it.for fans of early entombed[clandestine still rules]grave,and early unleashed.entrails are the new kings of this genre.raging death will get your pressure up and make your head spin......death metal forever

Entrails seems to have a great knack for keeping the old-school feel alive, even if it's with a more polished sound.

Wer die ersten 2 Alben geliebt hat wird hier wahrscheinlich echt entäuscht sein. Raging Death ist echt langweilig geworden und hat mit den ersten beiden Alben nicht wirklich viel gemeinsam, es ist einfach zu stumpf und einfallslos.
