I bought it coz I thought it will be somehow better then cheapest nose decongestant like otrivin. No difference at all except it’s 5 time more expensive. Just throw of 100 aed. It’s definitely not working for 10 hrs as described. There r some good reviews here. But for me- it was just a waste.

Sudofed works! I ordered two bottles of this Sudofed for blocked nose as I used it previously and have found it to quickly unblock my nose, very effective, better than Beconase. I find that it keeps my nose clear for at least 6 hours, so ideal for pre-bedtime and whenever it is required. No worries about addictions or any nonsense like that either, a great product. The size is a good size and lasts a long time, it is very easy to use as per the instructions, and buying through Amazon is better value for money than the chemist.

This stuff is great. I use a cpap machine so having a sinus cold and only breathing out one nostril is hard on me. This works and unblocks em.

I've tried quite a few nasal sprays over the years, and this is the only one that consistently works for me. Due to an allergy to various things - dust etc, it's occasionally necessary to use a spray. I used to use a well known brand before giving this a go and I have to say that it's not only more economical but it works just as well if not better. The spray mechanism is certainly better.
