I lived half my life before discovering Japanese curry. The taste is much milder than an Indian or Thai curry with less heat. It is kind of a cross between curry and stew. The curry is very easy to prepare . You cook the meat and vegetables then add in the curry roux with water to make the sauce. It tastes great and you have a real dinner prepared in 15 minutes.

Uma delícia. Levemente picante. Fácil de usar, mas melhor dissolver em um pouco de água antes de inserir na receita. A instrução pede só para quebrar e inserir, mas teria sido difícil ficar homogêneo assim.
