Outstanding Hatch Green Chili
First thing I need to say is that I know Hatch Green Chili! This is Hatch Green Chili! For a guy who grew up on it, it’s a little on the mild side, so I will be ordering the hotter version next. The flavor is absolutely perfect! I ordered three bottles and they came packaged that was difficult to break. I have to order more very soon because my daughter came and took a bottle home with her.

This is what makes an omelet great!
I place a scoop of the green chile into my sausage and vegetable omelet to give it some zing to it. Great flavor, not too spicy.

Flame roasted chilis. The ingredients, wonderful flavor!
Excellent delivered on time. Was just as described. Add some shredded chicken, onion, jalapeños and seasoning and you have a great easy meal.

favorite canned green chilies
Love the New Mexico's 505 green chilies! I use them on everything as they are just the right heat of spiciness for me. They are so much better than other brands or salsa versions. Be sure to keep opened bottle in cold part of refrigerator. Also always use clean utensil to get out the chilies. Otherwise you will get mold instigated by its environment - not the chilies. Since I started keeping the open bottle in back of refrigerator and use only clean fork I have had NO trouble with mold even if jar is open several weeks.
