Q: What is the return policy for the omron heartguide smart watch if we aren't satisfied?

I returned mine, they agreed it was returned,, they kept the watch, and still made me pay for it. $499, I contested that, but they just ignored me and still made me pay for it. I will never buy another thing off Amazon ever again.

Q: How do you increase the Display brightness? I can barely see anything! Please don’t tell me their is no way to increase it on this $400 device???

Q: Is the battery replaceable? If not, what is the rechargeable lifespan of the watch? If it is replaceable, can it be replaced by the owner?

If the watch needs to be recharged 3X/wk it would last 3 years before the non-replaceable battery was dead, especially the closer it got to the 500 cycles the less charge the battery will hold. If it is accurate, then $500 for 3 years for a very convenient BP measuring system may be worth it.
