Can you use it on a bike tire too?

Susan, this is a large volume, low pressure pump made for inflatable pillows, mattresses and rafts, and similar inflatables. There are no fittings for a inner tube valve. While you might be able to rig something up you might find that reaching a 60 lb pressure to be impossible with this pump.

Can this be used to fill an exercise stability ball?

Absolutely, positively, yes. (Speaking as somebody who has inflated dozens of stability balls in my career.)

does this work good for floats?
