Charcoal Moxa Cone (Smokeless)

My acupuncturist recommended that I purchase my own moxa cones and moxa box after a session with him. (Please note: I have never had any abdominal surgeries. According to my acupuncturist, not everyone can, or should be, using moxa cones over their abdomen.)Use a pair of tweezers to hold and rotate your moxa cones as you use a lighter to heat it up, drop it in your *moxa box,* place it over your abdomen and move it around, and you're good to go! Bear in mind that the moxa cones degrade after being left in the "moxa box" after it's been heated. Overall, it's remarkably easy to use and dispose of.

Unfortunately top layer of cones were broken

Have no idea how to use it. No instruction.

Good stuff, but too expensive. I think $25 will be more reasonable.

Moxa has helped me with my tennis elbow. Used this in a clay moxa burner, and it burned nice a hot with no smoke to burn your eyes. Has a gentle aroma of mugwart which is soothing. Will purchase again
