No video support
While a well-crafted and high-quality product, it did not meet my need. I missed the fine print that it doesn't support video. I needed to connect my laptop to a large monitor. Since the laptop maker places one C-type on the right, regular C cables literally cut into the mouse space (laptop makers need to work with designers, not just engineers). The right angle cable was supposed to solve that problem, by getting the cable out of the way of the mouse. It did. Except that it didn't, since it doesn't work with the monitor.

Not reliable
I bought it 4 months ago for office desk use to charge mmy phone. Until last week, its was good,, and I was happy. But now its began to stop charging in between and ivve now had many instances where I'm finding the phone is not being charged after being plugged in. And I can say this cable is permanently kept on my desk connected to the power source since bought. So no abuse at all.I decided to write this review, because I was expecting a good durability as to how its been advertised. Kindof disappointed and upset of purchasing this product, was planning to buy a couple of more items from Ugreen. Decision is not buy for now. I'll come back and update if I fixed this fixed bby itself in a weeks time. And if not, bye bye Ugreen products.
