M-Audio AIR|HUB - USB Audio Interface with 3-Port Hub and Recording Software from Pro-Tools & Ableton Live, Plus Studio-Grade FX & Instruments

I noticed immediatly that the Left and Right volume was not even. The Left channel output was higher (for the Loudspeakers and as well for Headset, so a internal issue of the device). No way to balance the 2 channels. (Obviously with windows is possible, but is not the right way to "unbalance" windows output to balance a DAC. I contacted the technical support of M-Audio (sending a LOT of informations, orginal invoice, computer configuration bla bla bla...) and after 48h, no answer! Ok is a cheap product but i expect anyway that: a.) one audio device must not have this kind of issue at all! b.) have a right support and not waiting days for have an answer (that probably can be only to send to repair). I send it back to Amazon and i will buy other brand products.

I previously had the M-Audio M-Track Solo, which was a solid interface, but upgrading to the M-Audio Air Hub has been a noticeable improvement. The higher resolution audio makes a difference, especially for detailed mixing and monitoring. One of my favorite features is the built-in USB hub with three ports, which is incredibly convenient for connecting my MIDI keyboard and other peripherals. Unlike the M-Track Solo, this unit does require external power, but that makes sense since it also powers other devices. The ASIO drivers are excellent, providing super low latency, which is a huge plus for real-time monitoring and recording. The design is another major win—the sleek, minimal look feels more modern compared to the more utilitarian style of the M-Track Solo. The only minor complaint I would have is that the volume knob is a little annoying to use if you have a usb device plugged in right next to it. If you want a compact, high-quality audio interface with a built-in USB hub and great low-latency performance, this is a fantastic choice. Highly recommend! I also got this used from Amazon so it was even cheaper than the M-track solo for me.

necesitaba una interface de audio externa, no necesito grabar instrumentos o voz externos ya que solo uso vsts.tenia una m audio con firewire de hace 12 años, que me empezo a fallar hace unas semanas. como no me fio mucho de windows 10 sus actualizaciones y drivers de terceros encontre la opcion de esta m audio air hub, ademas ahorrandome 24 euros con amazon warehouse. el producto estaba nuevo, pude registrarlo en la web de m audio sin problema y descargar todos los productos incluidos. la caja donde venia si tenia algun rasguño pero poco mas.la interface estaba en perfecto estado. llevo unas 3 semanas usandola y no me a dado mingun problema con windows 10 y su ultimo update (version 2004). uso cubase y funciona todo perfectamente. tiene un volumen mas que correcto con mis monitores krk rockit . si es verdad que el volumen de auriculares podria ser mas alto, pero el aue tiene para mi es suficiente . lo dicho, muchas reviews y criticas malas por ahi. pero a mi me va estupendamente bien. a ver com el tiempo si tambien me dura 10 años

Bought this for ease of use, to control the volume level of speakers and having a decent size knob to grab when needed, I have to say it is very smooth to operate. the USB hub side is a bonus too, used a few times now works perfectly
