I used it to my whey protein powder its very useful to me.

Always leaking
Amazing design, i love how the utilities are amazing. i have 3 capsules to store 2 powers and 1 for my pill. biggest issue i have faced is no matter how many millilitres of water/protien shake/BCAA/pre-workout i add, it will always leak.
