Such a great price for the amount you get. This gel doesn’t work great for my edges. But it doesn’t flake.

Will always rebuy this. The packaging has been revamped and so is the formula. I would say it feels a bit more jelly like than compared to last year? however the hold is still the same, no flakiness and doesn't feel stiff or crunchy in my hair. I have 4B/4C hair and it's always a go to for a slick back bun. Also great for curl definition, you can always water it down with water. Great for wet or dry hair . Doesn't mix with shea moisture, or the lush supermilk spray/ afro hair range. It will leave white flecks in the hair if the other product isn't properly absorbed.

when i opened the package the entire bag was filled with the gel, the bubble rap didn’t help keep the package safe and it came broken

Best gel that I’ve ever used. It has such a strong hold. I definitely recommend it.

I don't like the fact the product received was broken(The plastic) and the gel spilt out.

Got this for my daughter hair and is lovely on her

I really like this product ! The bottle is big, I think it will last very long ! You can see in the third image the amount of gel that I used to make a sleek bun (I have 3a/3b curly hair and I usually need way more than that for my hair to stay sleeked all day). I also used it to define my curls, it’s my first time using a gel to define my curls but I’m very happy with the result, it has a strong hold ! I received it the day after I bought it (in Belgium). I recommend you this product :)

Very good product

I’m going to start this review by saying how much I do love this gel. It’s great for both my curly hair and doing slick back styles. HOWEVER, upon receiving the item, half the product had spilled during shipment. I literally spent half an hour scooping the gel from the box back into the container. Proper packaging is needed. I highly recommend this gel, but certainly not from Amazon. There seems to be very little care for the contents of any package i’ve received recently.
