Is a good product although is too loud when using it. My only challenge is how to claim warranty and I hope they outline the process.

Very Bad Quality
Extremely Disappointed and Unsafe Product I’m very disappointed with this blender. After just a few uses, the blade coupler started to melt, and I noticed a strong burning smoke smell coming from the motor. This is not only poor quality—it’s a serious safety hazard. I had to switch it off immediately to avoid any further damage. Not recommended at all! Don’t buy it.

خفيف وبلاستيك ومش قوية خلطها جدا تعبان عادي انك تلاقي قطعة فاكهة كبيرة وسط العصير بعد دقيقتين خلط ... وكمان تطلع منها ريحة حريق كهربائي .. بس السعر كويس

Does not blend ice or even soft fruits. Totally useless.

Firstly this is a 400W Blender. Mentioning 500W is a big lie. Secondly Its too noisy and the quality of the product is just ok. Will not recommend this product.
