Can I use this to darken facial hair?

I mean you could but why on earth would you not just use a hair dye? This is paint...

Does this need to be thinned to use in an airbrush?

It's thin enough to use straight from the bottle. It could be thinned a bit if you want really thin layers but it isn't necessary.

Yes... With caveats. If you are using it on wood, mdf or a similarly porous surface, you can. For use on models, miniature and the like, it's going to be more likely that instead of smoothing the surface, you'll just take off all of the primer. Vallejo primer isn't self etching, so adhesion, especially on metal, isn't nearly as good as you would find from rattle can spray paint, leaving you sad if you try and sand. Aces on wood though.
